シャッフル! Shuffle! gallery
Posted by Sako on Monday 05th of January 2009 08:44:22 AM.
After a long wait, a new gallery is up. This time it's Navel's most famous anime series, Shuffle!, with about 250 images.
You can clearly see Aoi Nishimata's and Hiro Suzuhira's hand on the chara designs. It's very likely that I'll put up a gallery with more of Aoi Nishimata's works soon.
One more thing: you might have noticed a new link on the images page, called "report broken image". Click it to send me a notice about an image being corrupt or not loading. Please don't abuse it!
P.P.S.: the japanese text showing as "?????" on the news titles needs to be fixed. It works right on the forums, though. If anybody has a clue, please leave a message here. (NEVERMIND THIS FIXED IT KKTHXBAI)
Merry Xmas! (server transfer complete)

Merry Christmas from FC! Here's the pic that I used for the temporary page while the site was down, some of you might have caught it.
The server move is complete. The image board and the forum are already back up and running. The anime galleries are yet to be reuploaded... I'll do it between today and tomorrow. Blame my terrific upload speed.
IMPORTANT: if you find something not working correctly, or corrupted images, please report it by posting a comment here.
Meanwhile, the image board limits have been raised. The new maximum is 2MB per single image, 2500x2500 pixel. I'm very sorry but the last couple days worth of posts are gone
I'll announce a new gallery and a new site feature in the next days, so stay tuned!
Work in progress

UPDATE Dec 22: Domain transfer is complete, I will start the migration of the site on Dec 24. It will take some time uploading all the galleries again though. Stay tuned for more information. Now the "highlights" part at the top of this page is collapsible!
As stated in the most recent announcement on the forums, FC is about to move servers, so I guess the updates will be on halt for a while. Tests on the new server are going smoothly, the only big things left are reuploading everything, and transfer the domain. The actual server move will take place sometime this month.
Changing topic. I noticed that right after being created, the Code Geass gallery received a lot of visits, placing itself in the 3rd place of the most visited gallery. This led me to think that there must be more famous anime titles that FC should have a gallery of; and the best way to notice them, is ask you visitors directly. So, leave a comment here, or if you're too lazy to register, post on the image board in this thread, answering the following question: which gallery should FC absolutely have?

初音ミク Vocaloid wallpapers gallery
Posted by Sako on Monday 24th of November 2008 06:40:24 AM.
Just finished uploading the new gallery, featuring Vocaloid wallpapers. Following the trend of the (quite successful) GA graphic wallpapers gallery, here is a 236 wallpaper collection featuring Hatsune Miku and her friends. Here is a shot of the gallery viewed with Piclens/Cooliris.
The wallpapers are grouped by resolution, 1280x960, 1280x800, 1280x960, 1600x1200, 1680x1050, 1920x1200. Please notice me if you spot any duplicate, or excessively NSWF image.

Small update this time, the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann gallery gets 10 new scans.
Stay tuned, the next installment (coming shortly) will be about Vocaloid wallpapers.
コードギアス Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
Posted by Sako on Wednesday 05th of November 2008 08:27:16 AM.
Here we are with another (pretty big) update. It's a gallery that I should have created a long time ago: Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion (and R2).
Like every Sunrise project, it has a lot (and I mean A LOT) of beautiful images; I had to carefully select the best ones and remove the ones with too much text over them, and still, this update counts 200 scans, one calendar, and twenty-ish DVD covers and inserts.
So please enjoy the FABULOUS-ness of Lelouch and Suzaku, the hotness of C.C. and Kallen, and some occasional mecha fight artworks.
Here is the very first (and epic) opening. JIBUN WOOO
(please turn on high quality for better results)
